Getting started

How do I set a photo as my wallpaper?

  1. Open a photo in 2021 Wallpaper and download it. The photo is saved to your photo library (allow access to your photos when asked).
  2. Open the photo in your Photos or Gallery app.
  3. On iPhone, tap the share button and choose Use as Wallpaper. On Android, tap the menu and choose Set as wallpaper.

The exact menu names can differ slightly between phone models.

How do I add a 2021 Wallpaper widget?

iPhone: touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen until the apps jiggle, tap Edit in the top corner and then Add Widget (on older iOS versions, tap the + button), search for 2021 Wallpaper, choose a size and tap Add Widget.

Android: touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen, tap Widgets, find 2021 Wallpaper, then touch and hold the widget and drag it to your Home Screen.

Setting reminders

Make sure you allow notifications on your phone’s settings: Settings › Notifications › 2021 Wallpaper.

Troubleshooting

Widgets are not loading

If your widgets are blank or not working properly, try restarting your device. If the problem persists, remove all the widgets and add them back.

Trouble with PRO access

If you purchased PRO and everything is still locked, tap on the Restore Purchases button in the Settings screen.

If you have multiple accounts, make sure to be logged in the account that you used to purchase 2021 Wallpaper. If this doesn’t work, try uninstalling and installing the app again.

What does 2021 Wallpaper PRO include?

New subscribers can start with a free trial. The app shows the trial length and the price for your country before you subscribe, and you can cancel anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store and Google Play. Please follow these instructions to manage your subscription plan:

How do I get a refund?

App Store: If you or a family member bought PRO by accident, follow these instructions to request a refund. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, so they determine whether you’re eligible for a refund or not.

Google Play Store: You will need to contact us in order to get a refund. Please email us with a copy of your purchase receipt or your Google Play Order Number (begins with GPA).
